By creating an account, accessing, or using Quastra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Quastra is a cryptocurrency trading strategy backtesting platform that allows users to:
- Create and test trading strategies using technical indicators
- Backtest strategies against historical cryptocurrency market data
- Save and manage trading configurations
- Analyze trading performance through various metrics and visualizations

THE SERVICE IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. QUASTRA DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, OR TRADING ADVICE. ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING BACKTEST RESULTS, PERFORMANCE METRICS, AND TRADING STRATEGIES, IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRADING DECISIONS AND ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
4.1 Account Creation: You may register using email/password or Google OAuth authentication. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are located in the European Union, you must comply with your local digital consent age requirements (which may vary between 13-16 years depending on your country).
5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND USAGE LIMITS
5.1 Free Plan:- 5 backtests per day
- No saved strategies
- Limited data retention
5.2 Pro Plan:- Unlimited backtests
- 20 saved strategies
- Extended data storage
5.3 Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
5.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Your payment information is handled securely by Paddle and is not stored on our servers.
5.5 Refund Policy: Pro plan subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date. This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers and is limited to one refund per customer account. To request a refund, contact support@quastra.io within the 14-day period. Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5-7 business days. This refund guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the 14-day guarantee period, and no partial refunds are given for unused subscription time. For full details, see our

6. USER DATA AND CONTENT
6.1 Your Data: You retain ownership of trading strategies, configurations, and settings you create ("User Content").
6.2 Data Usage: We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. For detailed information about data collection and processing, please refer to our
Privacy Policy.
6.3 Data Retention: Your account data is retained until account deletion. Backtest results may be automatically cleaned up based on your plan limits.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Exceed rate limits or abuse system resources
- Use the Service to provide investment advice to others
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Platform IP: Quastra owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including algorithms, indicators, and user interface.
8.2 Third-Party Data: Market data is provided by third-party sources (including Binance) and subject to their terms of use.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
9.1 Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9.2 Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or improvements.
9.3 Data Backup: While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for backing up your important strategies and configurations.
10. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
10.1 NO WARRANTY: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL QUASTRA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.
10.3 MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. TERMINATION
11.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other legitimate business reasons.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
