14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Quastra. If you're not happy with our Pro subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refund Eligibility

  • Available for first-time Pro subscribers only
  • Must be requested within 14 days of initial payment date
  • One refund per customer account
  • Does not apply to subscription renewals (only initial purchase)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@quastra.io with your account email
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via Paddle

Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings
  • After cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for cancellations made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Exceptions

  • Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity or Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination
